Southbridge Swim Team 2010 Financial Agreement and Procedures
The undersigned family agrees to become a member of the Southbridge Swim Team for the 2010 season. As a member, the undersigned family agrees to comply with and be bound by the bylaws, rules and regulations, code of conduct and policies of the Southbridge Swim Team, the PWSL, as well as the terms set forth in this Agreement.
1.Registration Fee: Each swimmer, who joins SBST, must be registered with SBST, who provides insurance coverage. This fee includes team membership and program placement. The registration fees are as
follows:
A. Returning Southbridge Swim Team families who Register after January 1, 2010 will pay a Registration fee of $25.00 per family.
B. New Southbridge Swim Team families will pay a registration fee of $35.00 per family.
This fee is NOT refundable for any reason and is due with submission of the Southbridge Swim Team Registration form.
2. Program Fee: The undersigned family elects the following payment plan for the selected program(s). (Please select one.):

Delinquent Accounts: All registration and program fees for swimmers registered prior to May 25, 2010 must be paid in full before swimmers will be allowed to practice, swim in meets, or participate in any Southbridge Swim Team activity. 4. Contract: The party signing this Agreement acknowledges that it creates a legally binding obligation and the party signing this Agreement shall be legally responsible for all dues, assessments, charges and obligations. SBST considers the following a part of this contract:
